Conversations Atop a Three Story Building

I merely asked, "Would you end your life for me?"
She laughed
so I stabbed her.

I only asked, "Do you believe in reincarnation?"
She quoted her bible
so I burned it.

I just asked, "What if I told you that the world was ending?"
She shook her head
so I stood still.

I then asked, "Do you remember my name?"
She turned her back to me
so I tried my best to forget her.

I finally asked, "Why do you pretend that you're blind?"
She walked away
so I gave up.
